Er... How do I change my email address?

Hiya,

My email address in my account is set to a company email address. I have left that company and noticed that I can't seem to change the email address in my account to my new one.

I've scrounged around and can't seem to find out how to do this. I know it must be a "Doh" moment, but just how do I change my email address?
