I must say I am very impressed of the speed bugs and feature requests are looked upon and fixed!
I'm seriously thinking about buying the software, if only to prove my appreciation for your work... but it [i]is[/i] a tad expensive.

It isn't expensive. Look at any other PHP Editor. Zend Studio starting at $249, Komodo even $295.

And just to take the aspect of the software architecture, take Zend Studio, it's 100% written in Java, which is a very resource hungry programming language.
To get the same fluency in Zend Studio as i am getting for writing this message (the response of the IDE to my keystrokes) i have to have a Pentium 4 with at least 1 GB of DDR ram, anything lower than that i have delay between the time i type something and the time it shows on screen.
By far VS.Php is the most stable and responsive IDE i've ever seen, and packs a good punch for the price tag. I also would like to draw your attention that VS.Php is the [b]First PHP IDE[/b] to [b]debug client side javascript[/b]. Komodo isn't doing that (as far as i remember), and last time i tried Zend Studio eons ago it didn't had that functionality and was having some issues with watches.

I have to agree that this is a nice little addon for vs.net :)
But I have to agree that this is a bit expensive too, it can't be compared to zend studio, komodo or any other editors because this isn't a stand alone application.. you have (normally :roll: ) to buy visual studio to use it.. so by the end of the day it is way more expensive than than any other editor on the market.
Just to clear the things up with zend studio, Java applications are slow only the first time you execute them (it loads the runtimes etc..), so first time you run ZS it may take 30 seconds, but next time it will take 2.
The advantage of java applications is that you can use them on nearly all OS, so if one day you have to use a Mac or a computer having lunix/unix installed, you will be able to use your good old ZS.
About your keyboard problem, I suggest you to format and reinstall because I have no problems using ZS at school on a P3 500 having 512ram :-D

FYI, you can buy VB.Net for $99 and then VS.Php for another $99.
