Problem on build 1,1,0,1848

Latest release of build 1,1,0,1848 introduced a problem on editor. It is making the IDE 'pause' for no reason, thus making it not respond. It does not use any CPU ressource and does not report nothing while debugging VS.Php with another instance of Visual Studio.
Users are encouraged to wait until next stable build before upgrading.

After playing with the latest release: 1,1,0,1849 I came to the conclusion that the problem i mentionned (also called a deadlock) is now fixed, this build should be stable.
