I can't purchase a license becuse the site dosn't work!

I click the "purchase" button in the top menu then "Full license [$99.99]".

I get to the page: https://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?items=13125-17 but all I see is a white page.

My company needs a license today for vs.php 2.9 - visual studio 2010.
