After about 3 reinstalls I finally managed to get the "PHP" syntax options in the "Fonts and Colours" section, but this is very limited is there anyway we can customise the syntax highlighter any further? Like stating what should be highlighted as blue etc...
juanc says:
That's how much you can customize. Could you please tell me more about the type of customization you are looking for?
Jazz914 says:
I just quickly did an example: http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/5339/highlightingexample.png
Notice how the different type of keywords are a different colour instead of the same? This type of highlighting is more appealing to me, and would love to see it in this IDE.. It really would make it much more appealing to many people rather than to see all the functions the same etc and invites a lot more personalization to the IDE.
juanc says:
is it a category of keywords that's missing or are you saying you want to set the color for each keyword?
Jazz914 says:
Oh, its a category of keywords, not an option to change each keyword, understandably that is WAY too much work one should expect!
This is sort of off-topic, but i'm wondering if you could help me out with another problem..
In the video you show us an example usage of the comments but when you right click you can see "Insert comment", whereas I can't :S
