Official Documentation?

Hello,

I have been looking for some sort of documentation, but so far only found the Tutorials section.

I downloaded the trial version for Visual Studio 2008 today, and am very impressed so far. However, I still have problems with Debugging, especially selecting the PHP Version to debug with. In the Tutorial Videos you can select PHP 5 or PHP 4 from the debugging drop down list, which is empty on my machine.

I was wondering if there is a documentation, to especially check if it is necessary to install PHP / Apache / MySql first, and if it is possible to use WAMP to install these features.

If there is a documentation, I would be thankful for a link to it, and if not, could you please answer the questions above directly?
