Debug not working

The first time I created a VS.PHP project and ran it in debug, it worked fine.
Since I closed it and came back in, it keeps trying to run this project I created as a VS.PHP project
using ASP.NET. It keeps telling me I need a web.config to debug. Is there a setting I need to flip
that tells this project to always use the apache php to debug with as opposed to the .NET?
