Apache opens then closes and debugging ends in VS2008 and vista

Hi,
After clicking Starting Debug (F5) Apache opens then closes and debugging ends in VS2008 and vista.
I have tried on the same project I had working on my machine before I install Vista and also a new hello world application.
Both times the debugger starts then apache opens, IE7 shows the php page successfully then apache suddenly closes and VS2008 ends debug mode without any errors.
