I want to upgrade my version of VS.PHP and I can't seem to download the English installation files from the official website. There's no problem downloading the German or Japanese versions, but I can't use them. I live in Thailand and have tried various ISPs and computers, but all I get from http://www.jcxsoftware.com is a blunt:

message. There seems to be hundreds of cracked versions available on the internet. How can I get a legal copy?
