VS2008 doesn't work properly with vs.php
Posted April 30th, 2008 by Shedal
Hello.
I use VS 2008 Team Suite.
I downloaded VS.PHP for VS2008 and installed it.
When I try to create a new project, it takes me through all the options (server address, folders etc.). When download stage should begin, it thinks for a minute and sais that the template project "cannot be opened because its project type (.phpproj) is not supported by this version of Visual Studio."
When I try to open this template manually, I receive an error message "Package 'vs.php' has failed to load properly".
I tried to start VS2008 like this: "devenv /resetskippkgs". It didn't help. Uninstalling IE 8 didn't help too.
P.S. VS.PHP standalone edition works fine.

Try: devenv /setup
