PHP version and VS.PHP SE

I was wondering what version of php VS.PHP comes with?

Also, is the VS.PHP stand alone edition free?

And if I already have VS Express 2008 and 2005 installed will I still be able to download the VS.PHP SE
without having to uninstall anything I have now?
