Description
Invoking a debug session starts the Apache server but the IE browser window remains blank and when the mouse cursor enters the window, there is an error message: Microsoft Visual Studio is busy.
Environment: Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
This is a standalone trail version - .net was installed from MS.
