no syntax highlighting

Hey,

I installed 2.3, fresh on VS. But I don't have any syntax highlighing. The PHP color options are available in the Fonts and Colors option.
I had 2.4 installed before this, but didn't realize it needed a new license (I was in contact with you before, if you remember?).
