Unable to re-install 2.3

Description

When an automatic update was requested for 2.4 I updated my version of VS.PHP 2.3.
My key (I just bought 1 month ago) did'nt work for the 2.4, so I desinstalled 2.4 and reinstalled 2.3 but now I get the message from the installer: "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"
