FTP deploy on windows Vista

it seems there is some sort of glitch on windows vista.

i am using VS.Php Standalone Edition version 2,3,5,3964 and whenever i deploy on the FTP, it will only deploy once, and further attemps to deploy modified files on the same session after they have been uplaoded will not work. it seems like they just get bypassed.

creating new files however seems to make them go and be uploaded, but once uploaded once within the session, the deploy engine seems to just forget about them, and will not deploy them again until the IDE is restarted.
