MSVCR71.dll missing from 2,3,1,3685

After installing the 2,3,1,3685 build (VS 2005), the first time I tried to "run" a project I got "could not find MSVCR71.dll".

After looking around, I found it in the 2.1 folder:

...\VS.Php\V2.1\2005\Apache2\bin

copied it to the 2.3 folder:

...\VS.Php\2005\2.3\Apache2\bin

and everything was groovy.
