program does not uninstall

Description
i noticed one thing after trying to install version 2.3.1.3487 SE.
I had a previous version of VS.Php in there, it complained that it could not install the other version since there was already an installation in there. The other 2.1 versions used to uninstall the old version before installing the upgrade.

We moved to Wix to build the installer and it does not provide that functionality. I'll see if we can add it before releasing 2.3
Not a show stopper but nice to have.
