Upgrade to Studio.net SP1 breaks VS.PHP

Hello. I purchased VS.PHP for Studio 2003. After installing SP1 for studio 2003, I get an error when starting a debug session. "Launching Debug Processes failed. Can not continue debugging" I have uninstalled and reinstalled VS.PHP multiple times and still the problem persists. I am using the 2.1x (latest) build of VS.PHP
