MySQL + Visual Studio .NET 2003 + VS.PHP

I want to run Visual Studio .NET 2003 and IIS and add VS.PHP to do PHP development work on my local PC. I will need to use MySQL as our company uses MySQL.

Where do I find MySQL to download to my local machine for my development work ONLY.

Do I have to pay $200.00 just to have MySQL running on my local PC?

Does VS.PHP install a local version of MySQL, and will MySQL automatically work with Visual Studio. NET?

    I'm not sure though if the mysql plugin for VS.PHP version of PHP is enabled or not, if not you can just edit the PHP configs under the VS.PHP directory.
